Terms of Use

1. Booking/confirmation

By registering for a trip, you offer us a binding conclusion of a travel contract. The travel registration is mainly done using the form provided on our homepage. However, written, oral or telephone registration is also possible. We will inform you of the acceptance by sending the formal booking confirmation / invoice, which contains the essential travel services. As the applicant, you expressly declare that you are responsible for the contractual obligations of all passengers. We do not owe any services other than those aimed at the conclusion of the rental agreement.

2. Payment terms

Final price including rent, water, electricity, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, no further costs

First payment: 20% of the final price

  • When paying by credit card immediately
  • When paying by bank transfer no later than 3 days after receipt of the invoice

Final payment: 80% of the final price

  • When paying by credit card after receiving the payment request 4 weeks before the start of the trip
  • When paying by bank transfer no later than 4 weeks before departure

3. Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of occupancy 20% of the total price
  • Cancellation from the 59 th to the 30 th day before the start of occupancy 40% of the total price
  • Cancellation from the 29 th day before the start of occupancy or in case of no-show 80% of the total price

4. Arrival/departure

Arrival must be between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

The departure must take place between 07:00 and 10:00 a.m.

Other times must be agreed with the landlord. If possible, a different time is allowed, but is subject to a surcharge

5. Travel cancellation insurance

To cover the costs of a cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

6. Service changes

We undertake to inform the customer immediately of changes or deviations. If necessary, a free rebooking or a free cancellation is offered. If the stay is significantly weighted, endangered or impaired as a result of force majeure or strikes that were not foreseeable when the contract was concluded, both contracting parties can terminate the contract. In this case, the liability of Ferienwohnung-Iberica is limited to the repayment of the down payment.

7. Obligations of the tenant

In the event of any disruptions in performance, the customer is obliged to do everything within the scope of the statutory provisions to help remedy the disruption and to keep the damage that may have occurred to a minimum. The customer is particularly obliged to report his complaints to the local property management or the landlord immediately (at the latest 24 hours after occurrence) during his stay. The rented accommodation is clean, i.e. broom and closet clean. The customer must treat the accommodation and inventory with care. He is obliged to compensate for any damage to the local administration during his stay, e.g. to report to the landlord. The customer is personally liable for the damage caused by him.

8. Change booking details

If possible, the booking details will be changed for a flat fee of € 30.

9. Miscellaneous

The prior approval of the landlord / administrator is required for taking pets with you. The tenant is liable for all damage caused by the animal.
